RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization
Absolutely no returns unless pre-authorized by Prima USA. If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the warranty period, please use the following R.M.A. procedure:

Call or e-mail Prima USA for R.M.A request.

When your R.M.A. request is approved, Prima USA will issue a R.M.A. number.

Download RMA Form and follow the instructions on the R.M.A. form.

Inspect your return merchandise in accordance to the simple guidelines for return merchandise authorization.

Must have original packaging. Cannot use original packaging as shipping package, must use separate shipping box.

Must return everything inside the original package to be exempt from any potential restocking fee up to 25%.

The merchandise must NOT be altered or tampered with. Example: removal of orange tip, parts or any physical damage caused by misuse.

Any non-defective return will be charged an restocking fee up to 25%.

Returned merchandise must include:

A copy of the approved R.M.A. request form inside the package.

The R.M.A. number must be included next to your return mailing address on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted.

For your protection, we suggest shipping via UPS, and if unable, use any carrier who provides a tracking number.

******RMA number is valid for 15 days ONLY!******

Any returned merchandise that does not have a valid RMA number will be rejected!

Any returned airsoft gun without its orange tip will not be serviced due to Federal regulation and will be discarded!

Any merchandise over 15 days is not covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty and additional service charge will apply.

Any returned merchandise found to have been misused or abused will incur service charge.

Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs for any return item.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any airsoft gun that does not qualify for the condition (ie. Airsoft guns that has been misused, disassembled, orange tip that has been tampered, etc) of this 15-day Manufacturer Warranty! We are not responsible for returning any airsoft merchandise that does not qualify!
